Niyogi is a dynamic achiever with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and client services. He embodies the essence of our client-focused approach, ensuring not just satisfaction but surpassing the expectations of our esteemed clientele.

As the Chief Client Officer (CCO) at Opteamix, Niyogi spearheads the management of client relationships, ensuring our services perfectly align with their needs and objectives. He ardently upholds the company’s core mission of Simplifying Success, firmly believing in elevating results through continuous improvement of customer experience and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. As a vital member of the leadership team, he significantly influences Opteamix’s strategic trajectory.

Prior to joining Opteamix, Niyogi held the role of Senior Vice President of Client Services at CIBER following the acquisition of Iteamic, a company he co-founded in 2003, where he served as a Senior Partner. With extensive experience in engaging clients from European and North American regions, his expertise lies in Corporate Strategy, a Client-Centric Mindset, and Client Relationship Management at the CXO level.

Niyogi earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Mysore and completed an executive management program at the Indian School of Business – Hyderabad. Additionally, he completed an Executive Program on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT. In 2021, Niyogi served on the Advisory Committee for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Leeds School of Business.

Moreover, he holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, IBM Certified AS/400 Specialist, Certified Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist, and Sun Certified Java Programmer.
