Yashasvi currently serves as the Chief Success Officer and is entrusted with the pivotal role of driving innovation and digital transformation for all our clients. He is responsible for identifying emerging technologies and trends and leveraging them to create competitive advantages for our clients. He is a strong advocate of innovation-driven growth and believes in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Yashasvi’s rich experience of 25 years in the IT Industry, coupled with a fine mix of international exposure and business acumen, has led him to manage diverse teams with aplomb. His leadership style is echoed by Opteamix’s higher purpose of Simplifying Success. He believes that success comes from building a technically strong and cohesive team with a penchant for problem-solving through simple solutions. He inspires and empowers the delivery team to achieve their full potential by cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and growth.

Prior to Opteamix, Yashasvi worked with CIBER and NIIT in critical technology roles. Yashasvi holds a bachelor’s degree in science with a specialization in IT from KSOU, India. He also has a Diploma in Computer Applications from (MAHE) and a Diploma in Electronics from Karnataka Technical Education Board, India.
