Abstract
The client, a global outsourcing services provider operating across multiple industries and geographies, sought to improve efficiency by adopting Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Their operations were heavily reliant on manual, error-prone processes across disparate legacy systems, creating inefficiencies, scalability issues, and costly errors in financial systems. While individual business units favored quick fixes, the organization recognized the need for a holistic, enterprise-wide approach through a Center of Excellence (CoE). To realize this vision, Opteamix initiated a comprehensive assessment, built a business case, and crafted a strategic roadmap paving the way for a transformative RPA journey.
