Abstract
A US West Coast wholesale bank struggled to manage a complex, multi-database environment, including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, while ensuring 24/7 availability, regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery. Performance bottlenecks, legacy system limitations, and rising operational costs added pressure.
