A leading American insurance and financial services company aimed to create an inclusive digital experience across its platforms, serving millions of users, including those with disabilities. Adherence to WCAG 2.2 and ADA standards was critical for regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and market expansion. Despite robust digital offerings, the company faced challenges ensuring consistent accessibility, mitigating potential legal exposure, and delivering a seamless user experience across multiple services and regions. Addressing these gaps required a comprehensive accessibility testing program leveraging both manual and automated methods.
