Abstract
Modern automation initiatives often stumble at the intersection of security and usability. For a leading American insurance and financial services provider, this roadblock emerged within their Protective Executive Benefit System. The platform’s multi-layered authentication, anchored by an adaptive CAPTCHA, consistently disrupted automation efforts. Each failed attempt generated new, unpredictable image patterns, rendering traditional RPA and recognition techniques ineffective. As bots stalled at the login screen, the broader automation vision was at risk. Overcoming this barrier required more than standard automation practices—it demanded a creative, resilient solution that Opteamix was prepared to engineer.
