Abstract
The client, a US-based global leader in health and human services solutions, partners with governments worldwide to improve outcomes and enhance community well-being. However, its IT division functioning as a cost center operated in silos, limiting scalability and innovation. Legacy applications, coupled with the demands of the Affordable Care Act, further strained resources, inflating costs and constraining bandwidth for R&D. To sustain growth and elevate service delivery, the client set out to build a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. What they needed was a trusted technology partner who could translate this vision into a scalable, future-ready reality.
