Abstract
A leading American insurance and financial services company sought to enhance its quality assurance capabilities by establishing a Test Center of Excellence (TCoE). Challenges included gaps in specialized testing expertise—spanning performance, usability, and security—inefficient resource allocation across multiple applications, and inconsistent testing processes lacking standardization. Addressing these areas promised improved efficiency, reduced costs, and stronger compliance with accessibility and performance standards. By strengthening QA operations, the Client aimed to accelerate software development and elevate user experience. The question remained: what innovative strategies would Opteamix deploy to transform the Client’s testing environment and achieve these ambitious goals?
