Abstract
The Client, a global leader in health and human services, relied on a Provider Data Management System (PDMS) vital for provider enrollment, oversight, and claims across multiple states. Their legacy system, however, created mounting challenges: outdated architecture, high maintenance costs, limited scalability, and inability to support multilingual access or state-specific customization. These constraints slowed implementations, hindered compliance, and consumed excessive resources. To address this, the Client sought a modern, cloud-native platform offering unified provider enrollment, rule-based customization, streamlined cross-state replicability, and a single maintainable codebase—all while ensuring security, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness for sustainable healthcare program delivery.
