Abstract
One of the largest District Attorney’s offices in the U.S. was facing mounting operational strain due to an overwhelming volume of case documentation arriving as scanned PDFs. Each document required staff to manually split, rename, sort, extract critical details, and input records into a legacy database. With processing times stretching 30–40 minutes per case, errors became frequent, compliance risks escalated, and highly skilled legal staff were bogged down by repetitive administrative tasks. To transform efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and free up legal talent for strategic work, an advanced automation-driven solution was essential. The question—how could it be achieved?
