Abstract
The Client, a US-based leader in health and human services solutions, relied on an enterprise health services portal central to healthcare delivery. With digital transformation accelerating, the portal’s complexity created mounting challenges. New features expanded scope while testing resources remained static, leaving QA under immense pressure. Manual smoke testing consumed valuable time, bottlenecking releases, while late-stage defects increased costs and risked user confidence. In a competitive market demanding both speed and reliability, traditional QA methods proved unsustainable. The Client required a transformative approach to testing that could scale coverage, accelerate cycles, and ensure uncompromising quality without added costs.
