Abstract
The Client, a global leader in health and human services, faced critical infrastructure limitations that impeded scalability, efficiency, and innovation. Aging on-premises systems drove high maintenance costs and lacked flexibility to support evolving program requirements. Fixed capacity constrained service delivery during peak enrollment, while geographic expansion was slowed by physical infrastructure barriers. Compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulations strained resources, and outdated disaster recovery capabilities risked business continuity. Performance inconsistencies during demand surges impacted stakeholders, while innovation lagged as technical teams remained consumed with legacy system upkeep. The Client required a modern, scalable, secure infrastructure to sustain growth.
