Senior Director, Software Engineering

Jason Beeson is a technology leader with nearly three decades of experience delivering enterprise software solutions and leading high-performing engineering organizations. As Senior Director of Software Engineering at Opteamix, he is responsible for driving engineering excellence, supporting delivery success, and helping teams build scalable, high-quality solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Throughout his career, Jason has led software development initiatives across SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and digital transformation programs. His expertise spans software architecture, engineering leadership, agile delivery, development operations, and process improvement. He is passionate about building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and creating environments where engineers can perform at their best.

Prior to rejoining Opteamix, Jason served as Director of Software Engineering at Maximus, where he led multiple engineering teams responsible for developing a configurable Provider Data Management platform supporting SaaS implementations. He played a key role in architecture and design decisions, established engineering standards and best practices, contributed to agile process improvements, and partnered closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver complex technology solutions.

Jason previously spent more than six years with Opteamix as Director of Delivery, helping clients successfully execute technology initiatives while strengthening delivery capabilities across the organization. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and software development roles at Maximus, Policy Studies Incorporated, FirstAssured Warranty, and Page Digital, building extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Jason holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming and maintains certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist. He is committed to continuous improvement, technical excellence, and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and businesses alike.
