Shrinivas Ramanujan – affectionately known as Rama, is an energetic, accomplished IT leader with a career spanning more than 25 years in the IT landscape. Highly passionate about driving transformative changes through an optimal fusion of the right technology, high-quality delivery, and inspired people. Has been successful in spearheading innovative initiatives and mission-critical projects, delivering remarkable results for clients.

Currently serving as the COO of Opteamix, Rama is a firm believer and strong advocate of understanding the migrating client needs and ensuring that services and innovation are aligned to those needs. He occupies a multifaceted role that encompasses operational excellence, strategic leadership, and sales growth initiatives.

With his unique blend of global delivery expertise and sales acumen, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall performance and growth. Rama’s ability to develop and execute strategy, combined with his industry knowledge, has made him an integral part of operations at Opteamix.

Being a forward thinker, he played a pivotal role in implementing the digital transformation strategy for both the clients and Opteamix.

Before Opteamix, Rama was a Delivery Director with CIBER, where he played a pivotal role in managing their West Coast clients in the US, as well as establishing Agile methodology for global delivery as part of IT service delivery. Earlier in his career, Rama worked in critical roles with companies such as Wipro, Siemens, Hexaware, and Aptech.

Rama is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner, and Agile Practice Lead. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology (Raipur, India) and an MBA degree from TAPMI – TA Pai Management Institute (Manipal, India).
