Muralidhara Sarali is an experienced technology leader with more than 25 years of experience driving large-scale programs across global enterprises. As a Senior Director of Delivery at Opteamix, he is responsible for scaling delivery excellence, strengthening global capabilities, and ensuring consistent, outcome-driven execution for clients.

Murali has experience in various industries such as manufacturing, banking, financial services, retail, healthcare, and high technology. This experience has enabled him to provide solutions tailored to the industry’s specific needs.

He has successfully built and scaled global delivery organizations, including establishing offshore delivery centers in Bengaluru and Mumbai, and launching a nearshore center in Singapore to improve operational efficiency and global collaboration. His experience also includes setting up and optimizing Global Capability Centers (GCCs), helping enterprises modernize delivery models for strategic impact.

Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, Murali has worked with startups to build and scale capabilities from the ground up, bringing agility, innovation, and a results- oriented approach. He has managed and mentored high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business alignment.

A strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, he works with senior stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, implement KPI-driven governance, and deliver measurable business value.

Murali holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration from the University of Wales and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Kuvempu University.
