Abstract
A Silicon Valley fintech developed an innovative multi-platform financial services solution targeting both traditional and underbanked customers, featuring a mobile app, teller-facing app, and ATM kiosk interface. The platform faced operational challenges including globally distributed development teams, accelerated Agile release cycles, inconsistent builds, regression risks, and deployment bottlenecks. Ensuring continuous availability and UAT readiness under compressed timelines strained both development and operations teams.
