Abstract
A leading American insurance and financial services company faced growing challenges in maintaining comprehensive testing for one of its critical web applications. Frequent feature releases and complex functionality made manual regression and smoke testing increasingly time-consuming, consuming 2–3 days per cycle and creating release bottlenecks. As testing scope expanded, sustaining coverage without delaying deployments became difficult. The Client sought a lightweight automation framework that could scale with application growth, integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, and enable a smooth transition for the manual testing team.
