Abstract
The Client, a global leader in health and human services, managed a critical state-funded Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP) for low-income families. Their challenge was building a robust, compliant system to streamline applications, eligibility checks, enrollment, payments, renewals, and communication. The existing paper-heavy, manual processes created barriers for families and inefficiencies for administrators. The Client needed a modern platform that simplified document submission, automated eligibility and plan matching, ensured secure premium payments, managed proactive renewals, and maintained transparent communications. By enabling faster, accurate, and family-friendly operations, the Client aimed to deliver program efficiency, compliance, and improved healthcare access.
