Abstract
A Federal Home Loan Bank aimed to modernize its legacy Collateral Management System with a scalable Mortgage Collateral Management application. Challenges included fragmented data flows, high manual workloads, persistent data quality issues, and vendor performance gaps that threatened timelines and system reliability. The Bank sought rapid implementation, seamless integration, and operational efficiency while maintaining business continuity. With mounting technical debt and quality defects, they turned to Opteamix. The question remained: how would Opteamix navigate a mid-project takeover, resolve complex system inefficiencies, and deliver a transformative, future-ready collateral management solution?
