The Client, a US-based global leader in health and human services solutions, partners with governments to deliver transformative programs that enhance efficiency and community well-being. Their CHIP application faced mounting challenges due to evolving regulatory demands under the Affordable Care Act. Development teams grappled with complex compliance requirements, compressed timelines, and a steep knowledge curve in healthcare regulations. Distributed global teams further complicated collaboration, while late discovery of requirement deviations compromised release quality and user confidence.
