We are excited to announce that Shalu Priya, vice president of People Practice, has won the coveted “HR Leader of the Year – 2022” award at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards held recently in Gurgaon, India. The ET HCA Awards is a platform aimed at recognizing HR teams, individuals, and employers for their outstanding achievements, leadership, programs, and initiatives in the field of Human Resources over the past 12 months.
This award not only recognizes Shalu Priya’s many accomplishments at Opteamix but also for the great people practices and policies that we have implemented at Opteamix. These policies and practices have been instrumental to the organization’s success in building a purpose-driven culture. This includes launching a robust human-centric Performance Management System (PMS), implementing unique benefits for our employees, innovative employee well-being initiatives, and continued learning and development programs for Opteamix staff.
